About this coloring page
Cuddling a baby octopus, this mermaid smiles while the octopus wraps its curly arms around her. All those arms and the long hair create many sections, a detailed page.
Real octopuses can change color in the blink of an eye to match rocks, sand or coral, so this baby could be any color at all, even striped or spotted. Their suckers can taste whatever they touch. Little kids can color the arms one simple shade, while older kids might give every arm its own color.
Fun factAn octopus has three hearts.
- Color ideaTry a purple octopus with pink spots and a turquoise tail on the mermaid.
