Dog Playing Fetch Coloring Page

About this coloring page

Mouth full of ball, this happy pup has just trotted back from a game of fetch. Simple, roomy shapes keep the page easy and quick for younger kids.

Dogs have an amazing sense of smell, far stronger than ours, which helps them find a ball even when it lands in tall grass. For a sniffing game, hide something with a strong smell, like an orange peel, and find it with your nose. The grass tufts at the dog's feet are fun to dot with a green pencil, and the big body fills quickly.

Fun fact

Some dog breeds, called retrievers, were bred to fetch things and bring them back.
