About this coloring page
Three cheerful balloons float around a smiling number 3, each on its own curly string. Balloons and faces add a few more pieces, giving a nice medium-level page.
Imagine the three balloons are floating off to a party. Which one will rise highest, and whose party is it? Tell a story where one balloon drifts away on the breeze, then ask how many are still holding on. Counting from three down to two and then one is an easy, playful first taste of taking away.
Fun factA triangle has three sides and three corners.
- Color ideaColor each balloon a different color, like red, blue and green, and make the 3 purple.
- After coloringDraw a triangle and count its three corners.
