About this coloring page
A square waffle is divided into neat little pockets, with a tiny face peeking out of the middle one. The grid of squares is easy to fill and great for practicing straight edges.
The waffle grid has three squares across and three squares down, which makes it a perfect first look at rows and columns. Point along a row, then down a column. Little kids can color every square the same golden shade, while older kids can make a pattern, like a checkerboard of two colors.
