About this coloring page
A cozy stack of pancakes wears a pat of butter and a cherry on top. Big rounded layers make it an easy breakfast page that is quick to finish.
Here is a pancake secret for cooks: when little bubbles pop on top of the batter and the edges look dry, it is time to flip. The stack on this page has neat round layers that are easy to color one at a time. Try giving each pancake a slightly different golden brown.
Fun factMaple syrup is made by boiling down the sap of maple trees.
- Color ideaColor the pancakes golden, the butter pale yellow and drip some brown syrup down the sides.
- After coloringCount the pancakes, then draw one more on top.
