About this coloring page
Pointy at the bottom, a capital V stands beside a violin with strings and a curled scroll. The violin's strings and curves add some detail to this medium page.
Put a hand on your throat and say vvv, then fff. The V buzzes, while the F is just air, even though your mouth makes the same shape for both. The violin is a mix of big curves and thin lines, so color the wooden body first and save the strings and the scroll for a sharp pencil.
Fun factA violin has four strings and is usually played with a bow.
- Color ideaColor the violin warm reddish brown and the V a bright red.
- After coloringPretend to play a violin and hum a tune.
